The comedy earned 3.52 billion rubles. It surpassed James Cameron’s Avatar, which held the title of the highest-grossing film in Russia for 13 years, with a revenue of 3.517 billion rubles. Currently, Dmitry Dyachenko’s film “Cheburashka” occupies a leading position in the box office with gross receipts of 6.787 billion rubles.
