Spotted predators that will win your heart: St.  Rare Far Eastern leopards born at St. Louis Zoo

We’re pretty sure this is the cutest thing you’ll read today! st. Two cubs of Amur leopards were born in one of the zoos in St. Louis. They were born a month ago but the staff kept it a secret. And finally, they shared the first photos of the children.

Zookeepers named the leopards Anya and Irina. They said that the mother and her cubs now feel well and will remain under the supervision of professionals for a few more months.

“It’s nice to see the warmth and love a mother cares for her offspring. “There are so few of these rare cats in the world that each birth is crucial to the survival of the species,” zoo officials said.

Do not forget that the Far Eastern leopards (aka Amur leopards) are the rarest of the large predatory cats on the planet. These animals are listed in the Red Book. In Russia, most of them live on the territory of the “Land of the Leopard” National Park.
