The antioxidant smoothie recipe
To make this recipe you will need:
- 250 ml of organic grape juice (if possible) and without added sugar.
- 20 g of raw beetroot
- 8 blueberries
- 6 raspberries
- 4 frozen strawberries (or fresh if in season)
- A few fresh mint leaves.
Step no. 1: Start by washing all the fruit.
Step no. 2: Peel the beetroot and cut it into small pieces.
Step no. 3: Cut the strawberries in half and put them in the blender (a good blender can do the trick).
Step no. 4: Grate the ginger and squeeze the juice into the blender.
Step no. 5: Add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything until you obtain a smooth and creamy consistency. It’s ready ! All you have to do is taste.
