Do you often think of ways to reduce your consumption, including clothes? Well, you might represent a minority of people if we are to believe the ranking of the most visited shopping sites and apps in France during the first quarter of 2023, compiled by the Fédération du e-commerce et de la vente à distance (Fevad) .
This French professional union, created in 1957 and bringing together more than 500 companies with a distance selling activity, has just published its e-commerce audience barometer for this first quarter of the year, on June 8, 2023 .
Amazon, Leboncoin and Vinted in the top 5 most visited eshops in France
The top 5 is occupied by Amazon, Leboncoin, Cdiscount, Vinted, then E.Leclerc. And we can at least rejoice to find two second-hand rigs there. We also find AliExpress in 9th place, Shein in 11th, Veepee in 16th, or even Decathlon in 17th, a sign that French men and women are still passionate about the textile clothing sector, more in search of lower cost than ethics behind the label. And given the violence of inflation, we may as well understand them.

This report also notes a new acceleration in sales in the transport-tourism-leisure sector, already growing strongly in 2022. A sign that the restrictions related to the pandemic are beginning to seem far behind (but the ecological emergency is getting worse day by day day ).
Online shopping therefore has a bright future ahead of it in France, according to Fevad, who also notes:
“On average, 47.8 million Internet users (75% of French people) consulted at least one of the top 20 sites and/or applications each month, or almost 200,000 more than in the previous quarter. »
