“He will still be in intensive care for at least 2-3 months, but this does not mean that the situation is critical. Fully conscious, getting better every day. There is planned preparation for prosthetic surgery, it’s a pretty complicated story,” said a TASS source.

Recall that on January 10, Roman was taken to intensive care due to pneumonia. He was then transferred to the Kommunarka clinical center, where he was attached to an ECMO machine. Then its complications began, sepsis developed and blood circulation was disturbed. On February 7, the skater was amputated with both feet during the onset of gangrene. And February 14 – a few fingers on the hands. The athlete recently suffered a stroke.
