It turns out that just 20 minutes of listening to calm music can significantly reduce fatigue and help the brain switch to an active state.
According to the researchers, participants who listened to music reported significantly less fatigue than those who sat quietly. It was also revealed that the brains of those who listened to music started to work more actively and cheerfully, and the symptoms of fatigue and insomnia decreased. This did not happen to those who listened silently.
