On April 4, the investigation was closed by the Paris prosecutor’s office, for an insufficiently qualified crimeas revealed BFM-TV. However, one of the plaintiffs stated that she wanted to file a civil complaint, which would have the effect of triggering a judicial investigation.

The Secretary of State has been accused by several patients of the actions she allegedly imposed on them without their consent when practicing as a gynecologist. A third complaint was then filed in June 2022 for violence without incapacity for work by a person in charge of a public service mission.
After the announcement of the opening of an investigation against him, the Secretary of State dismissed the allegations, judging them “Unacceptable and appalling”.
