Spring is here, so it’s time to do something new! Together with ANO More Than Travels, VK shot picture clips in the genre of film essays about 70 regions of Russia. The first films will be shown on social networks in April.
Ambassadors of the Places project were singer Mia Boyka, TV presenter Lena Letuchaya and blogger Yulia Koval, and more than 50 influencers took part in the project.
For the filming of the project, media trips were organized in the regions of Russia, which included popular bloggers, participants in the program “More than a Journey” and winners of All-Russia competitions. As part of the project, offline events were also organized: active youth, environmental campaigns and creative performances, as well as a meeting of bloggers and organizers.
Pilot shooting began earlier this year in the Murmansk region and the Republic of Buryatia, and then in the Arkhangelsk region and the Krasnodar Territory.
The Places project will help many regions of Russia attract tourists and guests with unique landscapes, unusual locations and people who shape the culture of the city or region.
During the two seasons of the “More Than a Journey” program, more than 93 thousand people met the most beautiful places of our country and 960 programs were created for participants in 79 regions of Russia.
