Disney Responds to Complaints Over Delayed Premiere of Missing Everest Climber ‘Finding Michael’

Disney apologized for delaying the much talked about documentary finds MichaelAfter a frantic wait, viewers took to social media.

Well-known UK reality TV personality Spencer Matthews has been doing the promotional rounds this week for the documentary, which follows the search for his missing older brother on Everest, which opens on Friday 3 March.

However, when the show didn’t make it to the streaming platform, he had to apologize to Instagram for the delay, saying “the date has been pushed back,” but he didn’t give a reason for the move.

Now Disney has issued a statement to the UK Daily mailjust say:

“We are sorry that the debut date for finds Michael moved to Disney+.

“We will let you know as soon as we have new launch times. This will be the case in the near future. Thank you for your patience.”

It has been speculated that the documentary – which tells the story of Michael Matthews’ disappearance in 1999 after his success in reaching the summit of Everest – contains footage of bodies discovered on the mountain and is a last-ditch effort to make decisions .

However, fans have pointed out that these changes could be made well before the expected premiere date, with some expressing disappointment and threatening to cancel their Disney+ subscriptions. Watch this room.
