May 2 is the seventh birthday of Princess Charlotte, daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. On this occasion, new photos of the girl were traditionally posted by Kate Middleton on the couple’s official instagram*.
In one of the pictures, the princess poses with the family’s new pet, a black cocker spaniel named Orla, which means “golden princess” in Celtic.
The eagle was gifted to the Dukes of Cambridge in 2020 by Kate’s younger brother, James Middleton, who bred a dog. Shortly before that, Kate and William’s previous favorite, Spaniard Lupo, passed away.
Recall that on April 23, Charlotte’s younger brother, Prince Louis, celebrated his birthday, and his new photos also appeared on the network.
