Did you like the first season of What I should have told my ex? Well, our favorite podcast is back. And you can participate!

No more piling up of drafts, notes in the corner of the phone, and last-minute deleted entries – right in What should I have said to my ex, you have carte blanche.

The idea? Power, in a short podcast episode, say everything you want to say to your ex: anger, gratitude, questions, belated realizations… Share your insights with us, in an open letter, rather than late night messages!

In each episode, A listener read us this letter to her exand shows us to what extent romantic relationships and breakups are plural, complex and how their scope varies over the course of life.

Join What I Should Have Said to My Ex Season 2!

You want approaching a separation, whatever its shape? Do you want to ask your ex to come back or, conversely, to stay far away? From loves that have become solar friendships to the question of violence or mourning, What should I have said to my ex he wants to approach breakups from all angles.

To participate in the podcast, write to us at [email protected] by sending us a short paragraph to introduce yourself and briefly explain the relationship you want to talk about.

Plus, the famous open letter to your ex! It should be between 750 and 1500 words and contain the following elements:

What your testimonial should contain

  • A start of type: “Dear ex” or “Name of recipient”, and this ending: ” I wish you… “a polite formula (or not) and your signature (name, alias or a way to describe yourself)
  • A specific subject (something you realized about the relationship since it ended, a regret you have about your role, his during the relationship and/or breakup…)
  • An example or an anecdote to illustrate the point (illustrate a communication problem by evoking a topic, for example, so that the situation can be read by a person outside the relationship).
