The perfect recipe for grilled shrimp (and without staining anything)

Shrimps are crustaceans full of possibilities, but today we want to explain how to make perfectly grilled prawns. Also, I tell you the trick of not staining anything in the process, not even the iron itself. the goal is to achieve shrimps that are well cooked and golden on the outside and also very juicy on the inside. The kind that robs easily and can’t be missed at self-respecting events, family gatherings, or friends.

  • Baking paper (cut to fit the sheet)

First we cut the baking paper. This is the same size as the plate on which we will cook the shrimp.. Then we will continue to make grilled shrimps on the aforementioned paper. This is important because it passes heat perfectly, but protects our grill from odors, liquids and prevents food from sticking.

Then we lay all the shrimps on the paper, facing the same direction. So when we flip them halfway through cooking, We will avoid any mistake made on one side only.
