There are still several months left before we can see Keanu Reeves in action again in ‘John Wick 4’, which will arrive in cinemas in our country on March 24, 2023but fortunately we can continue to open our mouths with a new official image of the new film by Chad Stahelski.
The promotional photo shows Reeves walking towards us, wearing his trademark immaculate suit, this time with a dark brown shirt. The actor has played the famed hitman three times before, but this fourth is the busiest of his career, in his own words: “‘John Wick 4’ is the toughest movie I’ve ever done. In terms of action, it’s the hardest movie I’ve ever made. But that’s what makes it so good.”.
In the new ‘John Wick’, the nickname Baba Yaga discovers the way to defeat the High Table, but it will be more complicated than ever: Not only will you have to face a new rival with powerful alliances all over the world, but also new enemies that until recently were old friends.
Some changes
John Wick remains the same, but there are other different aspects in the fourth installment of the saga, in addition to being the most ambitious to date. For example, this is the first film without Derek Kolstad as screenwriter, who is replaced by Shay Hatten, with whom he worked on ‘John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum’, and Michael Finch. Also, it is the film debut of model and singer Rina Sawayama, who joins the cast of Bill Skarsgård, Donnie Yen, Laurence Fishburne, Ian McShane, Natalia Tena, Shamier Anderson, Marko Zaror, Scott Adkins, Lance Reddick, Hiroyuki Sanada.
