Kung Fu Panda and his friends travel to India in the new KUNG FU PANDA: THE DRAGON KNIGHT Season 2 trailer

A new trailer has been released by Netflix for the second season of their hit animated series Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knightwith return star Black Jack. Other returning cast members include James Hong as Mr. Ping, Rita Now like Wandering Blade, Chris Geere as Klaus Dumont, Della Saba as Veruca Dumont, Rahnuma Panthaky such as Rukhmini, e Ed Weeks like Colin.

Season 2 will introduce new guest stars including Harvey Guillen like a frog named Pelpel, Richard Ayade like a mole named kyle, Shohreh Aghdashloo as the pirate queen Forouzan, e Melissa Villasenor as the excitable scientist Akna.

The synopsis for season 2 reads:

“The pursuit of the evil weasels Klaus and Veruca and the powerful Tianshiang weapons leads Po to venture out of China for the first time with a motley crew of warriors, including the ferocious Wandering Blade, the slimy Rukhmini and the loyal Mr. Ping. From a museum heist in India to a volcanic eruption in Central America, the heroes face danger at every turn on their journey to uncover the secrets surrounding Blade’s brother and his connection to magical weapons. And finally, as the warrior team begins a long journey to England, Po tells a story explaining Chinese New Year customs and traditions to lift the spirits of the crew in a Lunar New Year special.

The whole franchise is a lot of fun. My kids enjoyed it and it’s also one I like to watch with them. Check out the trailer below and see Kung Fun Panda: The Dragon Knight when it returns to Netflix on January 12.
