Today in the Moscow court a preliminary hearing was held in the divorce case of Dzhigan and Oksana Samoilova. The meeting passed quickly and without public action – RIA Novosti correspondent reported that while the rapper did not attend the meeting, Oksana was personally present.
“Dzhigan needs to grow up, this will not happen in a day or two. I have been waiting for 17 years. I assumed that he would not come today. We have not seen him for a long time, since September 20. The children are with their father when they want, with me when they want,” Samoilova admitted in an interview with Super.ru.
Oksana’s lawyer said that the parties filed a petition, but at the moment there is no dispute regarding children and property. At the same time, Dzhigan demanded three months to reconcile with Samoilova. It was reported that the next meeting will be held on November 17.
Samoilova’s lawyer told Super.ru: “It was a very short process. Nothing was discussed; the parties filed petitions. The defendant side requested time for reconciliation. To date, there are no disputes about the children and property. It seems to me that it makes sense for the children to stay with their mother.”
Let’s remember that they first started talking about disagreements in the star family in the summer. This was also indicated by the behavior of the couple: Dzhigan increasingly appeared on the red carpet alone or with his children, and in early October Oksana flew alone to Paris Fashion Week.
