Timothee Chalamet he recently took to social media to announce that he has officially wrapped production Dune: second part. The announcement came with a photo of Chalamet with his father, Marc Chalamet, and he’s all smiles.
Now director Denis Villeneuve and his creative team begin the lengthy post-production process. The first movie was so good, and with where the story goes, this sequel is sure to be even better! It will definitely be a much bigger film. The director described the sequel as the “main meal” and I can’t wait to try it!
This sequel “will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he joins Chani and the Fremen as he is on the warpath of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Faced with a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he struggles to prevent a dire future only he can foresee.
The returning cast also includes Rebecca Ferguson, Stellan Skarsgard, Dave Bautista, Zendaya, Javier Bardem, Josh BrolinAnd Stephen McKinley Henderson. New cast members include Christopher Walken like Emperor Shaddam IV, Florence Pug as Princess Irulan, Austin Butler like Feyd-Rautha, Léa Seydoux as Lady Margot, e Souheila Yacoub like Shishakli.
