Reveal impressive Vulture costume from ‘Spiderman 4’ after 15 years

Now that “No Way Nome” has brought back Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker, details of what could have been Sam Raimi’s fourth Spider-Man film have started to emerge. And after nearly 15 years of cancellation by Sony, the design of the suit that The Vulture, John Malkovich’s villain for “Spiderman 4” would have used, has been revealed.

On his Twitter account, the comic creator and writer, Ken Penders, shared an image of The Vulture costume from ‘spider man 4’, Sam Raimi’s canceled film, before Sony kicked off the new saga with Andrew Garfield. You can see in the image that the villain’s wings would be totally metallic, in keeping with the rest of the realistic and mechanical tone Raimi had given to the previous villains.

It’s worth mentioning The Vulture would be played by John Malkovich in ‘spider man 4’, but apparently, this would have a different design than what is seen in the Marvel comics, where she wears a green dress made of feathers. The writer mentioned in his post: “Before Sony said goodbye to Tobey and Sam, work on Spider-Man 4 had already begun and I visited some friends who were working on the Vulture suit for actor John Malkovich. Once the production closed, all the materials were delivered”.

Later, a user asked the creator where those wings of The Vulture were, claiming that the friend mentioned in the publication was part of Frontline Design, which worked on Tobey Maguire’s costumes for the fourth Spider-Man film in theaters. Additionally, he says the costume was part of the Edmonton Prop Museum in 2019 and they were sold online before they closed.

What Could Have Been of ‘Spiderman 4’

With this image it is clear that ‘spider man 4’ It could have been a much more villain-centric installment, which would return to having a design closer to reality and mechanics, like that of the Green Goblin or Doctor Octopus, seen in the first two installments. It is detailed that the main villain would die at some point in the storyline and that Jolie would assume the role of the villain left by her father.
