Twitter has gotten out of control and they’re uploading entire movies; the truth behind the ruling (courtesy)
This weekend Twitter users have been able to upload movies and complete series to the social network recently bought by Elon Musk, the bankruptcy has been recorded in the copyright system and some recent changes that have been made to the platform. According to the few reports, this is due to the layoff of thousands of workers at the company, and the few staff that remain to work.
Movies like “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drif” were uploaded complete in two-minute clips, distributed in a total of 50 tweets. Others like ‘Hackers’, ‘Need for Speed’ and even ‘Avatar’, have been archived on the social network without any control and for free. Everything would indicate that Twitter managers are continuing to work towards the immediate elimination of content and accounts that have violated their usage policies.
In the case of “Sherk”, this movie was posted on twitter in a single tweetthe lack of control would have allowed the film to be played in its entirety, achieved through an acceleration in its playback, the same case as world-famous series such as ‘SpongeBob’, which have been the subject of ingenuity to upload them all in unique tweets.

Accounts that upload copyrighted content such as movies will be terminated by Twitter
Users have circumvented Twitter’s security through an error in its copyright system, when it was assumed that when uploading movies and series, or any other protected material, the platform should act immediately by deleting the publications and not after a few hours or even the whole day as has happened in some cases.
The content has been published long enough for the tweets in question to quickly go viral, and is that, in some cases, it is pointed out that the bankruptcies would be a consequence of the low staff that the company currently has, being one of the bankruptcies which the social network has been presenting since Musk took over it and after having fired 4,000 employees.

According to other reports, Twitter engineers had already warned weeks ago that the social network would present minor failures due to the loss of personnel that have since Elon Musk is proprietary, including manual retweeting and 2-step verification, and may even fail completely.
It should be noted that Elon wanted his social network to allow longer videos, an idea created to encourage users to subscribe to Twitter Blue, which for now would be counterproductive if copyrighted content continued to be violated despite the policy of copyright of the same, is clear enough.
On Nov. 19, Emma Roth reported that Twitter’s copyright strike system didn’t appear to be working. So users would take the opportunity to upload movies and series for free which does not mean it is legal but simply a glitch in the system.
