What’s the best way to greet the new year with a game of Dungeons & Dragons? Ammon Hansen recently launched a one-shot adventure for D&D called New Year’s revolution. It is designed to be played with any level group and has players trying to help defend a city from a sentient artifact. Will they live to see the new year or will they be the last victims of the old year? Hansen says it was designed to be played with friends and family while you wait for midnight during a New Year’s Eve celebration.
Discovering a city plagued by a powerful sentient artifact, the group finds itself surrounded by those in desperate need of their help. Will they perish at the end of the year or will they emerge victorious at the dawn of a new year?
You can buy New Year’s revolution (affiliate link) from DMs Guild for $2.95.
