A few weeks ago, Dungeons & Dragons they released a new starter set, but they also released some materials to bring D&D in the classrooms. School began in August and September in the United States and Wizards of the Coast’s new teaching kits aim to help teachers use themed materials D&D in their lesson plans.
The materials are aimed at grades 4-6 and 6-8 with problem solving, language arts, math, and other targeted skills. These materials are available for free through Young Minds Inspired. I think this is pretty cool.
This is in addition to the D&D Afterschool Kit for schools, libraries, community centers and enrichment organizations to start and / or improve D&D clubs and meetings. What do you think of these new materials based on D&D?
