Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi is a six-episode anthology series that features stories of other Jedi characters from the Star Wars universe. Three episodes of the series will include Ahsoka and the other three will involve Count Dooku.

The shorts feature “parables built around the prequel era Jedi. Journey into the lives of two distinctly different Jedi, Ahsoka Tano and Count Dooku, each will be tested as they make choices that will define their destiny.

Speaking earlier on the show, Filoni said, “I’ve thought a lot about this adventure for Ahsoka, and it’s interesting to see how it evolved. Years ago, I never imagined she was born from a branch of a tree. That she had something to do with a guy [like] Din Djarin, or a child who looks like Yoda. It’s a great lesson for me on how, when you have other creatives like Jon Favreau, they can help bring that dimension and depth to what you’re doing. “

Liam Neeson will reprise the role of Qui-Gon Jinn in the anthology series and Neeson’s son will play the younger version of the character.

All episodes will premiere on Wednesday 26 October. Here is the previous trailer that was released.
