Rogue Games has announced that the roguelike deck builder Arcanium: Rise of Akhan left Steam Early Access and officially released with plans to bring it to the Epic Games Store later this year. With the launch of version 1.0, Arcanio added 3 new heroes, new final bosses, a new enemy type and the Arena game mode. The single player card game allows players to explore procedurally generated provinces in an open world style with a group of three characters. You can move however you want, but the longer you stay in a single province, the tougher your enemies will get. Arena mode allows you to take on unique bosses, including corrupted versions of heroes that you can use.
Arcanium is a single player strategy Roguelike Deck Builder and Card Battler set in a visually striking fantasy world of anthropomorphic animals, where good, evil, magic and technology collide. Players will be forced to form a party of three adventurers and embark on a perilous journey to defeat Akhan the Calamity and save Arzu from destruction. Immerse yourself in an epic story filled with captivating stories and characters, each with their own set of skills, gear and power-ups, allowing players to connect with each of the heroes in a different way.
