After an extremely viral campaign on the networks, which involved several smiling people in several Major League Baseball games, ‘Smile’ has become one of the most anticipated horror films at any moment. And now Paramount Pictures has released the final trailer for the movie with people who don’t stop smiling and promises to give you a lot of nightmares.

The next It opens on September 29th ‘Smile’in Mexico, and Paramount has already started the ad campaign, in fact, with quite ingenious and creative advertising like the one we saw last weekend at baseball games. Now, to promote the pre-sale of tickets, they have already released what will be the latest horror movie trailer before its release.

In the final trailer of ‘SmileDr. Rose, played by Sosie Bacon, can be seen in what appears to be an interrogation with a survivor of the entity that caused the deaths of people smiling. To which Rose confesses that she has seen him too, which causes the patient to completely lose control and desperately screams to get him out of there.

The story of ‘Smile’ begins when Rose receives a visit from a young woman who tells her she saw “something, and smiles at her,” but not friendly “as they say in the trailer. The curse that now haunts the protagonist makes her decide to face it, and to get to the bottom of what is happening behind the smiling people.

Who is in the cast of “Smile”?

In addition to the aforementioned Sosie Bacon, in the ‘Smile’ the names Jessie T. Usher also appear, famous for bringing A-Train to life in “The Boys”, as well as Kyle Gallner, Robin Weigert, Caitlin Stasey and Kal Penn. The story is directed by Parker Finn, who is making his film debut following his previous productions, ‘Laura Hasn’t Slept’ and ‘The Hideout’, in which Stasey also participates.

With a 79% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, “Smile” received a more than decent rating from critics, based on 14 reviews from various media outlets. Some reviews from IndieWire and Polygon note that this is an above average horror movie, while others claim that it is nothing that hasn’t been seen before.
