During a presentation at the D23 Expo on Saturday, 20th Century Studios, A.Vatar: the way of waterThe second installment of James Cameron’s second epic sci-fi series. It also showed a new trailer.
The movie will hit theaters on December 16.
The 3D scenes were shown to the participants on two giant screens in the main hall of the Anaheim Convention Center, where the studio made its presentations with Disney brothers Marvel and Lucasfilm.

In one of the scenes, a boat was shown floating under water. Another is a young man who says he wants to be different from his father. Also, there were some hostage scenes with a fight in the woods at night. Another moment showed an emotional conversation between the characters of Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana. The tribe leader told the young boat that the war was bad.

Cameron almost attended today’s presentation from New Zealand, where he will wrap up the film and work on the second, third and fourth installments of the series in the middle of a “rather hectic” five-year production cycle.
“It’s going really well and the stuff coming out of Weta looks amazing,” Cameron told the crowd. “I’m so excited to finally finish the second movie. I know everyone has been waiting for a long time. I hope I’m going to show you something today and you can decide if it’s worth it.”
Worthington and Saldana are parents in the new movie. “The whole movie is about protecting the family. We’ve all overcome Covid and realized that love and being with family are the most important things in life and things worth fighting for. We put that on film,” Worthington said onstage.
Cameron also said they’re rearranging. avatar “For a whole new generation of moviegoers who will never see him in the movies. There will be a drumbeat and it will remind people of this story.”
