Skybound has released a first look at Creepshow # 1a new comic anthology based on Greg Nicoterois Shudder’s hit television series. With five issues in total for the series, each book will come with two thrilling stories.
In issue 1, we have the story of Shingo, the birthday clown with an appetite for more than cake (written by Paolo Dini And Stephen Langford with art Giovanni McCrea), and trick or treating that learn what happens when you mess with the wrong house (written and illustrated by Chris Burnham).
In addition to the main cover of Burnham featuring the iconic Creep, Creepshow # 1 comes with an impressive range of variant covers. A cover by Declan Shalvey (Moon Knight) and a 1:10 incentive cover by a singular artist Vance Kelly will also be available.
All the covers are great, I’m not sure I can pick a favorite one. You can find Creepshow # 1 just in time for the spooky season when it releases on September 21, 2022 in comic book stores and digital platforms.
