On September 9, “And this … whose is it?” a new French comedy directed by Alexandra Lamy and Philippe Katerine. This is the second feature by Emmanuel Poulain-Arnaud, director of ‘Les cobayes’. Thanks to Vercine we can offer you an exclusive preview:
In this scene we see Annie, Alexandra Lamy’s character, preparing to return to school with a preliminary visit to the teacher of one of her four children. Her intention of hers is to convince him to put him at a higher level, even though she by date of birth would not be his. The protagonist is used to her family being perfect.
Farewell to the perfect life
But she isn’t prepared for what’s happening to her. One day she discovers a positive pregnancy test in the bathroom and has no idea who might be in her family.. He fears that her family is not as perfect as she thought. Alexandra Lamy explains that Annie is “A woman who wants to do everything right. She had built everything, she had mapped out her life, everything was clear and quadrangular: a husband, four children, a concrete organization. This can explain her toughness, her ruthless character. Her work is being a mom! And then, with the discovery of this pregnancy test, something gets out of hand, her world falls apart. The director of the film also signs the screenplay with Noé Debré, based on an original idea by Thibault Vanhulle. The funny “And this … whose is it?” it will be released in Spanish cinemas from Vercine on 9 September.
