It’s still funny to me that the Halloween store chain Halloween spirit was adapted into a family-friendly adventure horror film starring Christopher Lloyd And Rachael Leigh Cook. We’ve already got a first look at the actors in the film and now three of the monsters that will appear in the film have been revealed.
These monsters are based on some of Spirit Halloween’s original animatronic creatures. These include Buzzsaw, Mr. Dark, and Nightcrawler, all of which you can purchase. I’ve included descriptions of each of the monstrous characters below.

Bill “Buzzsaw” Jackson never had much luck in the square circle. His lumberjack routine simply didn’t work with fans of the local wrestling circuit. Well, Buzzaw finally got the call from him when he decided to trade his real hands for some twisted new power ups that would surely turn the tide in the ring. Unfortunately for Buzzsaw, fans spent more time running for his life than watching him fight. Now, instead of punching his opponents, he’s busy collecting casualties and running away from the law!
Mr. Dark
Mr. Dark is waiting. He is always waiting. He is hiding in the dark corners of a room, patiently crouched in the midnight of a long alley or wrapped in parts of your mind that you fear when you fall asleep. Mr. Dark is waiting for his moment and growing bigger every minute, feeding on your fear, anxiety, evil thoughts and getting stronger every minute. Then before you know it, his evil darkness has enveloped you and your soul. Don’t blink because it’s already happening to you!
Nightcrawler
Launched on the streets by loser parents when he was just a teenager, Nightcrawler has learned to live in the shadows, fend for himself, and make friends with the inhabitants of the night. Years spent crouching in the darkest corners of society have permanently turned him into a crawling monster that only emerges at night when the sun doesn’t burn his pale skin, and Nightcrawlers’ shining eyes can find his party for the night. Lock up your pets and yourself!
In the film, “When a new Spirit Halloween store appears in a deserted mall, three middle school friends who think they’ve grown too old for trick-or-treating dare to spend the night locked inside the store on Halloween night. But they soon discover that the shop is haunted by an angry evil spirit who has possessed the creepy animatronic characters. Children embark on an electrifying and spooky adventure to survive the night and avoid being possessed themselves. “
Lloyd plays “wealthy land developer Alec Windsor. Decades ago, one Halloween night, Windsor disappeared without a trace and since his cursed spirit is said to haunt the town every year on October 31st for an hour.
Cook plays Sue, “who recently remarried after her husband died. When a Spirit Halloween shop appears in an abandoned mall, Sue’s teenage son Jake and his friends decide to spend the night there for a challenge. But they get more than they bargained for when an angry spirit possesses the animatronic characters inside.
The film is also the protagonist Donavan Colan (Zoe), Dylan Frankel (Raven’s house), Jaiden Smith (Blue blood) Marla Gibbs (El Camino: a Breaking Bad movie), And Marissa Reyes (Raven’s house).
David Poag is directing Halloween spiritwhose release is scheduled for October 2022.
