Apple TV+ has released a new fun trailer for the animated series GRIMM Sisterswith the vocal talents of Ariel Winter Like Sabrina, Leah Newman Like Daphne, more Laraine Newman, Abubakar Salim, Billy Harris, Harry TrevaldwynAND JB Blanc.
The story is based on books with the same name, written by Michael Buckley and illustrated by Peter Ferguson. The stories are partially based on the works and life of the Grimm brothers and tell their imaginary descendants and adventures.
Buckley helped adapt the series alongside Elliot Blake AND Theresa Park. The show was developed, created and showrun from Amy Higgins (Common friends, Star vs. The Forces of Evil) AND Erica Rothschild (Sofia the first, Eureka!).
The synopsis recites: “Two orphaned sisters (Sabrina Grimm and Daphne Grimm) navigate in a city full of people torn directly from fantasy and fairy tales, facing the heroes and bad guys, while investigating the mystery of their missing parents. The sisters merge the discovery, fantasy and adventure to free the important lessons for all ages.”
