New trailer for Springsteen: free me from nothing brings to Bruce Springsteen’s big screen

Studios of the 20th century published the second trailer for Springsteen: free me from nothingA new biographical film that dives into the first career of the Rock legend Bruce Springsteen.

The film has just been previewed at the Telluride Film Festival of 2025 in mostly positive reviews and is intended to hit cinemas at national level on 24 October 2025.

Inspired by Warren Zanes’ Book with the same name, the story is focused on the creation of the 1982 Springsteen masterpiece Nebraskarecorded alone in his New Jersey bedroom while he was also making Born in the United States with the and street band.

The film is the protagonist Jeremy Allen White As head, with Jeremy Strong, Paul Walter Hauser, Stephen Graham, Odessa Young, Gaby Hoffman, Marc MaronAND David Krumholtz complete the cast. White will sing the songs of the film and said of his performance, “I don’t need to be perfect … I just want to feel good.”

The film “tells the creation of the 1982 Nebraska album by Bruce Springsteen, when he was a young musician on the cusp of global superstard (played by Jeremy Allen White as the boss), struggling to reconcile the pressure of success with the ghosts of his past.

“Recorded on a 4 -track recorder in the Springsteen New Jersey bedroom, the album has marked a fundamental time in his life and is considered one of his most lasting works: a raw and infested acoustic disc populated by Lost souls looking for a reason to believe.”

This raw and staff of Springsteen’s career creates a perfect cinematographic exploration of art, fame and challenges that derive from work through mental health and emotions.

Springsteen: free me from nothing Comes from the acclaimed director Scott Cooperknown for Crazy heart, Black mass, Hostileand more recently The pale blue eye.

Cooper not only directs, but he also wrote the script, adapting Zanes’ book with particular attention to the capture of the soul of Springsteen’s music. Produced by Cooper, Ellen Goldsmith-Vain, Eric Robinson and Scott Stuber, the film promises a mix of intimate study of characters and rock energy ‘n roll.

With Jeremy Allen White Entering the boss’s shoes, fans of cinema and music will want to keep this on their radar.
