The fog has gone back, and our first disturbing look arrives with it Back to Silent HillThe next live cinematographic adaptation of the successful horror game.
The official teaser trailer has been released and takes us back to the nightmare with a taste of Jeremy Irvine While James Sunderland who sails in the disturbing roads of Silent Hill where iconic monsters are waiting for Pyramid Head.
This is the first trailer we saw for the film, following some previous fixed images, and does not waste time in a family but twisted territory.
James returns to Silent Hill in search of his wife, Maria, but instead finds herself surrounded by grotesque horrors including climbing, liar figures, nurses and, in a brilliant revelation in the end, the looming figure of the pyramid head. The teaser wraps itself with the disturbing message: “Live here now”.
The pyramid’s head design is easily the extraordinary of the trailer. It seems crazy and terrifying that imposing everything with that unmistakable sense of terror. But there is something outside the tone and aesthetics that do not align. It is early, however, and perhaps this teaser does not yet show his hand.
The good news is that Christophe GansThe director behind 2006 silent Hill Film, he returned for this project. That first film took many freedoms but still managed to provide a solid psychological horror and remains a favorite of worship for many fans. Gans’s return could mean Back to Silent Hill It will offer something equally daring and disturbing, even if it sculpts its path from the material of origin.
The film is the protagonist Jeremy Irvine Like James, Hannah Emily Anderson like Mary, and Evie Templeton Like Laura. He is destined to hit cinemas on January 26, 2026.
