Warner Bros. Animation and DC Studios have just dropped a great announcement at the Annecy Animation Festival with Mister Miraclewho is getting his animated series for adults.
Based on 12 numbers winner of the Eisner Prize Tom King AND Mitch GeradsThe new series will bring one of the most psychologically psychologically psychologically psychologically psychologically psychologically psychologically psychologically. Tom King will also act as an executive producer and showrunner.
No streaming house has yet been officially confirmed, but studies say that they will reveal more details during their showcase focused on adult animation.
This project marks the second animated series for adults of the DC studies led by Gunn/Safran after Creatures Commandos, which has already blocked in a second season for HBO Max. Other animated projects currently under development include Starfire!, My adventures with green lanternAND Super powers DC.
The series follows Scott Free, “known all over the world as Mr. Miracle, the greatest escape artist I’ve ever lived. With his wife Big Barda, Scott seemed to have built perfect life on Earth, until everything started to reveal.
“While the war explodes between the planets Apocalypse and New Genesis, Scott’s adopted father, Darkseid, apparently obtained the anti-life equation, a devastating force capable of dominating the universe.
“With the carnage that intensifies on both sides, Mister Miracle becomes the last hope to end the conflict and restore peace. But the power of the anti-life equation could already hit Scott’s mind, distorting his reality and threatening the happiness he shares with Barda.”
Warner Bros. and DC Studios promise that more information arrives on Friday during their animation showcase for adults, so stay tuned!
