It’s not a trap, it’s a return.
Dave Filoni I just let the news fall to the panel of Ahsoka at the celebration of Star Wars that General Ackbar is returning Ahsoka Season 2, and is going on tiptoe with none other than the Grand Admiral Thrawn.
One of the most loved tactics of Star Wars is about to gather with the most dangerous strategist of the Empire. Filoni made fun of the event: “He is about to go to the head at Thrawn”, and it is difficult not to read it as a promise of an epic space battle that could compete with everything we have seen so far in the franchise.
During the panel, it was also revealed that Hayden Christensen He would return to the spectral version of Anakin Skywalker. The series should start shooting next week.
Season 1 has left us with some important cliffhangers with Ahsoka and Sabine are still abandoned on Peridea, Anakin’s strength Ghost is looking by a margin, and Baylan Skoll is deep in the knee in the study of those imposing statues of God Mortis and whatever secret World between worlds it could hide.
According to Filoni, “it’s a great mystery. The son is there, the father is there, most of the daughter is there. So yes, we will understand it. It’s a nice story.”
I am enthusiastic about the fact that the leader Ribelle Ackbar will be a bigger player in history for season 2 with the battle against Thrawn. There is some potential here to do incredibly interesting things. But what I pumped is the space -style spatial battle in high posts that Ackbar and Thrawn are committed to!
