Paolla Oliveira wears white lace dress on Brazilian TV show

Paolla Oliveira has shared photos in a white lace dress worn for her appearance on the Brazilian television programme Altas Horas. The 44-year-old actress posted an image carousel on Instagram, drawing enthusiastic compliments from fans and followers across the platform.

Television presenter David Brazil left a string of enamoured emojis in response to the images. Physician Romana Novais, the wife of DJ Alok, also praised the look, commenting on how beautiful the actress appeared.

Oliveira explained in her caption that she chose the outfit specifically for Saturday's episode of Altas Horas. Hosted by Serginho Groisman, the broadcast centered on Carnival discussions alongside presenter Sabrina Sato and actress Tais Araujo. The edition also featured three major figures from the world of samba: Alcione, Jorge Aragao, and Zeca Pagodinho.

Altas Horas is a long-standing weekend variety show broadcast nationwide on TV Globo, regularly bringing together high-profile Brazilian performers, musicians, and cultural figures. Oliveira remains one of the country's most prominent screen stars, recognized for her leading roles in television dramas and her high-profile presence in Rio de Janeiro's annual Carnival celebrations.

Sao Paulo Book Biennial

Earlier on Saturday, Oliveira attended the Sao Paulo International Book Biennial to highlight her next film project, titled A Estranha na Cama. The film is a screen adaptation of the newly released book by Brazilian crime author Raphael Montes.

The production combines psychological thriller elements with eroticism in a narrative set during the 1980s. Oliveira praised Montes for his ability to construct narratives full of plot twists and morally ambiguous characters, noting that the author excels at creating discomfort for his audience without hesitation.

Discussing the project at the literary festival, the actress explained that Montes delivers psychological tension without shying away from amorality or unsettling the public, adding that the upcoming movie maintains the same tone. She described her character, Laura, as a figure capable of anything.

Oliveira also highlighted the prominent role of active female characters in the story. She noted that this active presence is particularly meaningful when viewed against the historical backdrop of the 1980s portrayed in the work.
