I have a fantastic trailer not to be missed for a next survival thriller entitled Primitive warwhich stars Jeremy Piven (Entourage) AND Ryan Kwanten (Real blood).
Set in Vietnam in 1968, “The primitive War Movie will follow” A research and rescue team known as Vulture Squad sent to an isolated Jungle Valley to reveal the fate of a missing green cap platoon.
“While they hunt the primordial depths of the valley and the mountain victims, the members of the vulture team must embrace their wild instincts to survive the horrors they face, including the highest predators of the apex, the dinosaurs.”
The film was written and directed by Luke Sparke (Rain of employment, bring it to me), and also the stars TRICIA HELFER (Battlestar Galactica, Lucifer) ,, Nick Wechsler (Revenge, the boys) ,, Anthony Ingruber (Adaline age) ,, Aaron Glenane (Danger near) ,, Carlos Sanson Jr (Hit) AND Ana Thu Nguyen (Mortal Kombat 2).
The film was shot on the Gold Coast, Australia, with a mostly local crew, attempted attempted sets and real places of the jungle that add up to a raw and engaging experience.
SPARKE Previous spoke of the first reading of the Pettus novel and how the surprising coverage of a soldier who fought a Utahraptor captured his imagination, while Helfer adds: “These are people who join, using primordial instincts to survive”.
Wechsler describes the concept as “bananas – and much better than any corporate being”. Carlos Sanson added that it is “a war movie meets the dinosaur movie meets the action movie – merge the best of all genres”.
The film will be released by the end of the year and I can’t wait to watch it!
