Elizabeth Olsen He is talking once again about his experiences making Marvel films and in a recent interview with the playlist, he opened Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Reshoot and the intriguing idea that launched the wonder of Scarlet Witch’s return.
Filming is not new for Marvel films, but director Sam Raimi and writer Michael Waldron he hadn’t seen Wandavision When the film develops, bringing to a version of Wanda Maximoff who caught many fans off guard.
Olsen, however, clarified that he was not actually involved in the filming.
“I was actually not part of the filming. I was turning [HBO’s limited series] Love and death. So what I did is what has remained. I think there were many filming, but not relevant to what I did. “
Despite the drastic turning point that his character took while he went to the full old man and apparently meeting his end under Monte Wundagore, Olsen embraced the turn.
“It was an interesting turning point, but that I was enthusiastic about taking and really a little taste instead of doing some top,” he explained. “I thought it was something delicious. I thought it was a fun opportunity.”
Previous reports suggested that most reshoots focused on the reworking of the formation of the Illuminati and on the modification of the opening of the film, which initially included a brutal scene in which Wanda beheaded Karl Moro della Terra-616. That sequence eventually did not make the final cut.
With the fate of Scarlet Witch left ambiguous, the speculation on his future MCU is running out. Many expect you to come back Avengers: DoomsdayPerhaps aligned with Robert Downey Jr’s Doctor Doom Doom Doom .. but Olsen has his vision for Wanda’s next chapter.
He shared: “You know, when I think about the version of my dreams [of Wanda]They are like 50 years later, and I have white hair – a large, huge white wig – and the face of the wrinkles that did as a tracy ullman thing. And they are just like a creature they find. And that’s how I imagine Wanda’s next trip. “
This is actually a concept that has launched to wonder, saying: “It is something that I literally launched because it would be so fun to do it for me. I want to say, I imagine in one of the comics, it ages quite quickly and I think those are the images that are implanted in my brain because I did not do it.”
When he was asked if he had discussions with the Russian brothers on his future in the MCU, he played him at the shy, simply saying: “Yes.”
In reality I love that tone and would be an interesting way to continue its history. I doubt it will go down that way, however.
Beyond the sequels of Avengers, rumors persist on the fact that Wanda could be at the center of her solo film, potentially adapting The crusade of children plot. This would have placed it at the center of a story that involves young Avengers, which Marvel has been setting thinly for years.
We will only have to wait and see what Marvel’s plans are for Scarlet Witch. It has an interesting arch of history that can go in so many different directions. What do you think of his tone?
