Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe has signed to join the cast of a new pilot at the NBC, which is destined to act Tracy Morganwith those who meet 30 rock AND Snl Alles Tina Fey, Robert Carlock and Sam means. Written by Carlock and Means, the new comedy sees as a former disadvantaged footballer on a mission to rehabilitate his image.
