Ridley Scott has produced a new documentary for Netflix entitled Surviving Black Hawk Downwhich revisits the Battle of Mogadishu dramatized in Scott’s 2001 film Black Hawk Down.
This is a three-part documentary from Scott’s production company RSA and was directed by Jack MacInnes (Leave Afghanistan). It will explore the real events of the 1993 battle between U.S. and Somali forces.

It is a compelling, powerful and moving story to hear for the first time from both U.S. and Somali forces.”
I loved the movie Scott made and it included a great cast Josh Hartnett, Ewan McGregor, Hugh Dancy, Jason Isaacs, Orlando Bloom AND Tom Hardy and more.
