Acclaimed author Neil Gaimanbest known for creating The Sandman, Good omensAND American godsis facing serious allegations of sexual abuse and assault from multiple women and some new details have emerged.

A recent investigative report from Vulture outlines extremely disturbing claims, leaving Gaiman’s reputation under intense scrutiny.

The report highlights allegations of Scarlett Pavlovichwho claims to have met Gaiman in New Zealand while working as a nanny for his children.

Pavlovich describes a series of troubling encounters with the perpetrator, beginning with an incident in which he allegedly joined her in a bathtub and engaged in nonconsensual behavior.

She says, “I can tell you he put his fingers right in my ass and tried to stick his penis in me. And I said, ‘No, no.’ Then he tried to rub his penis between my breasts and I also said “no”.

“Then he asked me if he could f— in my face, and I said ‘no,’ but he did it anyway. He said, “Call me ‘master’ and I’ll f–.” She said, “Be a good girl.” You’re a good little girl.'”

The accusations against Gaiman don’t end there. Pavlovich claims he subjected her to degrading acts, including using butter as lubricant and forcing her into humiliating scenarios.

She also claims he physically forced her while she watched screeners for the first season of The Sandman. The report further states:

“He ordered her to suck him while he watched season 1 screeners of The Sandman. In one case, he shoved his penis into Pavlovich’s mouth with such force that she vomited on him. He then told her to eat the vomit on her lap and lick it off the couch.”

Other women have come forward with similar stories, often describing coercion and abuse that occurred when they were in their late teens or early twenties, while Gaiman was significantly older.

Kendra Stout shared that during one meeting, she begged Gaiman to stop hitting her with a belt. His response, he claims, was: “It’s the only way I can get away with it.”

Stout claims she was physically hurt and recounts an incident in which Gaiman ignored her protests due to a medical condition, leading her to “shut down” emotionally.

The report says: “Gaiman turned her over on the bed, she says, and attempted to penetrate her with his fingers. She told him ‘no.’ He paused for a moment and then penetrated her with his penis. A at that point she said to me, “I shut down.” She lay on the bed until he finished.”

Gaiman has denied all allegations, but these detailed and horrific accounts from several women paint a harrowing picture of alleged abuse and manipulation.

This is just the tip of the iceberg, the report says more and, as you have seen here, it is monstrous. It’s not an easy read. As this story continues to unfold, questions remain as to whether legal or professional consequences will follow.

For now, the allegations against Gaiman cast an incredibly dark shadow over his legacy as one of modern literature’s most celebrated storytellers.
