AMC has released a teaser trailer for the film Dark winds Season 3. This is a great dark noir thriller that you should watch if you haven’t already started. I enjoyed this show and the story it tells.
Season three picks up six months after the events of season two and follows “Lt. Joe Leaphorn (Zahn McClarnon) and Jim Chee (Kiowa Gordon) as they investigate the disappearance of two boys, leaving behind only an abandoned bicycle and a piece of blood-stained ground.
“Meanwhile, Bernadette Manuelito (Jessica Matt) tries to settle into his new life 500 miles from home with the Border Patrol, but stumbles upon a conspiracy involving human and drug trafficking with far-reaching implications.”
The show is based on the series of Tony Hillerman, Dark winds is created by Graham Roland. John Wirth serves as showrunner.
This season’s guest stars include Jenna Elfoman as FBI Special Agent Sylvia Washington, Bruce Greenwood as Tom Spencer, Raoul Max Trujillo as Budge, Tonantzin Carmelo as Border Patrol Agent Eleanda Garza, Alex Meraz as Border Police Agent Ivan Muños, Terry Serpico as Senior Border Patrol Chief Ed Henry, Derek Hinkey as Shorty Bowlegs, Phil Burke like Michael Halsey, and Christopher Heyerdahl as Dr. Reynolds.
This season also sees the return of the guest star A. Martinez as Scarborough Police Department Interim Chief Gordo Sena.
The eight-episode third season premieres March 9.
