Lionsgate has released the trailer for an upcoming crime thriller titled Like father, like sonwhich is described as an “emotional thriller about everything one man is willing to do to end a brutal cycle of violence.”
Ariel Winter, Vivica A. FoxAND Dermot Mulroney protagonist of the film and the story follows Eli, “a young man whose father waits on death row for the crime of first degree murder.
“As Eli’s life begins to fall apart, he discovers similar, terrifying triggers in himself and takes extreme measures to ensure the family’s streak of savagery comes to an end.”
It seems like another one of those generic thrillers that makes you wonder how it got the funding to get made.
Like father, like son is written and directed by Barry Jayand will be released in select US theaters and on VOD starting January 31, 2025.
