Krysten Ritter responds to Marvel’s Brad Winderbaum’s desire for JESSICA JONES to return: “Let’s do it. I’ll be ready.”

The integration of Netflix’s Marvel shows into our current MCU is about to begin with the return of Daredevil/Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) the Disney+ series is only a couple of months away, Daredevil: Born Again. This show will also welcome back The Punisher/Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal), and this has left fans wondering if we might see more Defenders return in this series or on their own shows.

This is why fans noticed when Marvel’s head of streaming, television and animation, Brad Winderbaum revealed at the D23 Brazil Expo that he would like the character Jessica Jones (Kristen Ritter) to return.

Ritter addressed Winderbaum’s comments during an interview for Sonic the Hedgehog 3where he told ComicBook:

“Did Brad Winderbaum say this? That’s really exciting to hear. Isn’t that the guy making the call? Come on, Brad! Let’s move on. Let’s do it. I’ll be ready.”

Jessica Jones was created by Melissa Rosenbergran for three seasons on Netflix and was set in the Marcel Cinematic Universe. The series follows Ritter as the titular character, a former superhero who opens his own detective agency. Jessica Jones it was part of a larger storyline that led to the limited series The defenderswhich included characters like Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Iron First.
