The creators of the hit series Ghosts, Laurence Rickard AND Ben Willbondhave found their next project with an animated series they will develop for Netflix titled In case of emergency.
The film is said to be inspirational Family Guy and the story is set in a British hospital. Big Talk produced a six-minute animatic pilot, with members of the British comedy community providing voice-over work.
There is no further information to share about the project. Big Talk is collaborating on the project with Blue Zoo Animation Studio, a British animation company known for children’s shows, including The Adventures of Paddington.
Big Talk CEO Kenton Allen said the company was approached by Netflix to create an animated series for them.
Head of Netflix UK Anne Mensah AND Giulio Bonetthe streamer’s London-based head of adult animation is overseeing the project.
