Hulu has officially renewed Steve Martin, Martin ShortAND Selena Gomezthe fantastic series of detective stories by ‘s Only murders in the building for season 5!
This exciting news comes just over a week after the debut of Season 4, which is scheduled to air until October 29. The fifth season will consist of 10 episodes.
In season 4 of Only murders in the building, “Charles, Oliver and Mabel deal with the shocking events of the end of season three involving Charles’s stunt double and friend, Sazz Pataki.
“After questioning whether Sazz or Charles was the intended victim, our trio’s investigation takes them to Los Angeles, where a Hollywood studio is preparing a movie about the Only Murders podcast.
“As our amateur sleuths race back to New York, they embark on an even more epic journey: they cross the courtyard of their building to delve into the twisted lives of the residents of Arconia’s West Tower.”
Season four also features an impressive ensemble cast that includes: Meryl Streep, Eugenio Levy, Zach Galifianakis, Eva Longoria, Richard Gentile, Melissa McCarthy, Kumail NanjianiAND Molly Shannon.
Of course, we have no idea what to expect from Season 5, since we’re still halfway through the current season. But Martin has said he’d like to get Cate Blanchette AND My name is Ryan Reynolds. as a guest star at a later time, it would be fun to see that!
