Jeff Goldblum’s Answer to Robert Downey Playing Doctor Doom is so Jeff Goldblum

Jeff Goldblumwho made his big debut in the MCU as The Grandmaster in Thor: Ragnarokwas recently questioned about by Robert Downey Jr. returning to the MCU as Doctor Victor Von Doom and his answer is as Jeff Goldblum as possible.

Before you read the following, make sure you turn on Jeff Golblum’s voice in your head. Here’s his response during an interview with the Happy Sad Confused podcast:

“Great news. I think I faintly heard… yes, yes, I heard whispers in my peripheral. Yes, channels.

“Victor Von Doom, I like that name. If my name was Victor Von Doom, I would be much further ahead than I am now.

“That’s a great name. Or Von for anything. Or Van. Von Goldblum!”

Goldblum was then asked about his future in the MCU, to which he replied: “If it’s there, it’s in your cards… in your crystal ball, Horowitz.”

I have no idea if we’ll ever see The Grandmaster again, but he’s such an interesting and fun character. He seems like a Marvel character that’s bound to reappear sooner or later! We’ll just have to wait and see.
