Snipes has starred in three Lama film, and in the third, he collaborated with My name is Ryan Reynolds.I remember seeing that movie and thinking Reynolds would be a great Deadpool because he was channeling that energy.
The two actors reunited years later for the Marvel blockbuster, Deadpool and Wolverineand it was really fun to see Blade back on the big screen after all these years!
Speaking recently about Snipes’ return to Blade, Reynolds said, “The reaction when @realwesleysnipes walks into the movie is the most intense thing I’ve ever heard in a movie theater. People screaming with joy and uninhibited love is also the sound of a legacy.”
Yes, that’s how it was every time I watched the movie. Reynolds continued, adding, “More Blade, please. #DayWalker”
I think fans would love to see more of Wesley Snipes as Blade! I have no idea if Marvel Studios would actually pull the trigger on a fourth movie, given that they are trying to get a Lama restart from the ground with Mahershala AliThey had a hard time doing that.
