During Disney’s big presentation at D23, Pixar’s boss Doctor Pete they introduced a new original film they are developing entitled Hoppers.
They shared a clip from the film that reveals that the story is about a human and a beaver who switch brains and that it explores the sensitive sides of both characters.
A clip shows two female scientists telling a young man that they want to put his brain inside a beaver. This is followed by a shot of a beaver running around wildly.
Bobby Monihan will play the Beaver and Jon Hamm will also appear in the film, but we don’t know who he will play yet.
Hoppers will hit theaters in summer 2026.
