Deadpool and Wolverine director by Shawn Levi shared several new photos from the film and shined a spotlight on The Void’s Resistance fighters, Blade (Wesley Snipe), Electra (actress Jennifer Garner), Gambit (My First Encounter with Channing Tatum), and X-23 (Daphne Acute).
Yes, Marvel has lifted the spoiler embargo, so now everyone is posting all kinds of spoilers about the movie, including the actors and director.
The photos were accompanied by the following note from Levy: “A kid in a candy store doesn’t even begin to describe it. These four heroes flew to England a week before filming just to get all the fight choreography right.”
He then revealed, “The day before we started shooting, our industry came to a standstill with an actors’ strike and everyone went home.”
“These four friends came back as soon as filming resumed and gave it their all on a level you’ve all come to know. Honored to bring these characters to the big screen and lucky to call them friends.”
I had so much fun watching this movie. I’ve already seen it twice and I love and appreciate that they included these characters in the movie.
My favorite of them is definitely Gambit. Tatum was hilarious in the role and I really enjoyed the way he brought that character to life.
Who was your favorite character from this group?
