The tradition of Elden Ring It’s so big and so complex that it’s difficult to follow everything that’s happening in the game with each of its characters.

For those wondering what the hell is going on in FromSoftware’s epic open-world fantasy RPG, there’s a stunning 500-page book that will fill you in on the entire lore of Elden Ring.

Grace Given: The Mythology of Elden Ring It’s the work of Geoff ‘SmoughTown’ Truscott, the same guy who previously created a 35-hour video series attempting to cover the entire lore of the action RPG.

In the book, SmoughTown will offer “an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the mythology behind Miyazaki’s latest masterpiece.”

The book is not officially endorsed by FromSoftware or Bandai Namco, so SmoughTown took the time to do all the homework and research so the rest of us don’t have to.

The book will also be filled with illustrations by artists Shimhaq, MenasLG, Chris Lewis Lee, and Elliott Wells, and will even have gilding on the edges of the pages, in varying degrees. It all depends on how much you’re willing to spend.

To pre-order the cheapest version of the book, called the “collector’s edition,” the cost is $279.

Then there’s the “limited edition,” which will set you back $773.

Finally, for the version of the book that trumps them all, the “benefactor’s” edition, you’ll have to shell out $1,104!

The more expensive versions of the book both feature gilding on all three edges of the pages rather than just one, and also come in a wooden slipcase rather than a flocked velvet one.

Additionally, the book itself is “bound in genuine leather, ivory Flemish grain” rather than the white imitation leather of the cheaper version, although the size and number of pages are the same.

Anyone who purchases the Limited or Benefactor Edition will also receive a collectible art print signed and numbered by Shimhaq, and as an added bonus for the Benefactor Edition, your name will be printed on the back of all future editions.

If you want to buy one, you can pre-order it here.
