David Corenswet’s Superman Takes Flight in New Set Photos from James Gunn’s SUPERMAN

A collection of new photos have emerged from the set of James Gunn’S Superman and features the Man of Steel actor David Corenswet assuming the classic Superman pose and taking flight.

The film continues to be produced in Cleveland, Ohio, and it’s pretty cool to see this new version of Superman leaping into the air. I can’t wait to see what this looks like on the big screen when production wraps.

Superman will tell the story of “Superman’s journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing as Clark Kent of Smallville, Kansas. He is the embodiment of truth, justice and the American way of life, guided by human kindness in a world that sees kindness as antiquated.”

Superman will launch the theatrical portion of DC Studios’ Gods and Monsters: Part 1. It is scheduled for release on July 11, 2025.
