Lionsgate has released the first trailer for the high-stakes airplane thriller, Risk of escapewhich was directed by Mel Gibson and stars Mark Wahlberg, Michelle DockeryAND Topher Grace.
In the film, Wahlberg plays “a pilot carrying an Air Marshal (Dockery) who accompanies a fugitive (Grace) to trial. As they travel through the Alaskan wilderness, tensions rise and trust is tested, as not everyone at edge are who they seem.”
It looks like a gripping and intense thriller, but the trailer reveals the story’s big twist and also shows Wahlberg sporting a completely different look that I’m sure you’ll find entertaining.
One thing I like about the story is that it’s isolated and most of it takes place inside a small plane. I like films that manage to tell a good story in a small space.
The film will be released on October 18.
